Troubled Mother of a Troubled Child
Just let me tell you
What I know,
I've let it slide a few,
So prick those little
Ears of yours,
And pop those shoulders
Back,
I've caught you here,
I've caught you there,
And your punishment was what?
A pinch, a slap,
It has no effect,
So here,
I'll tell you so.
I want you gone,
I want you out!
Away you must leave--
Now.
I won't let is slide,
Not another time more,
I'm not going to say it again.
So pack your bags,
And go at once,
You must get out,
Or else...
What I know,
I've let it slide a few,
So prick those little
Ears of yours,
And pop those shoulders
Back,
I've caught you here,
I've caught you there,
And your punishment was what?
A pinch, a slap,
It has no effect,
So here,
I'll tell you so.
I want you gone,
I want you out!
Away you must leave--
Now.
I won't let is slide,
Not another time more,
I'm not going to say it again.
So pack your bags,
And go at once,
You must get out,
Or else...

what would you like me to say about that one?
so...it's about a mother wanting her child out of the house? a child who has a bad attitude? or have i got it wrong? i could have.
(i've finished reading TWILIGHT. it was so good... and i fell in love with it. the story was perfect.)
(oh and thanks for the recommendation!)
(Hehe. Don't worry, I don't really know what the poem is about, myself. Actually, I didn't even know if I should post it, 'cause of that.)
Ahh! Twilight! Yay! (:
twilight is in my head alllllll the time. and i got selfish with the book...
my sister wanted to take it on her music course, but being me, devoted and protective, i didn't let her.
okay, that was slightly selfish of me. but twilight is such a story i've got to keep by my side. you know what i mean?
Yep, I know what you mean. My sister also wanted to read it. I wouldn't give it to her. I kept "accidentally" forgetting to let her read it. Heh.
Eventually I just gave her another copy of the book on Christmas.
But I've finally let loose on that. I let a few of my friends borrow the books now.
that is what i'm TRYING to do... but i'm still sorta 'over protective'. heh.
i'm actually trying to pursuade myself to give up the book to my sister for a week. and let her read it again(as i read it quite a few times whilst she was gone).
anyway, i'm trying to do that, with all things now... like my music CDs and books. funny.
