-Miss Lovegood

You are the Creater of My Flaws

I've got a flaw in my heart,
My heart and soul;
A flaw in my thoughts,
Thoughts out of control;
I've got a flaw in my voice,
The voice someone stole;
I've got a flaw in my dreams,
The dreams with one rule.

I've Lost It

I've lost it,
I know,
I've lost it,
I have,
I've lost it,
You know,
That thing
That I have!

A "Litta" Different

Just in case you thought something looked different -- Changed around the template a bit.
Oh, and here's a fact.
A lytta is a long, worm-shaped cartilage in the tongue of the dog and other carnivorous animals.
Just thought you ought to know. Heh. (Definition from Dictionary.com--that wonderful place!)

It isn't like me

It isn't like me,
To have tears down my face,
It isn't like me,
To let you push me to waste,
It isn't like me,
To not let go,
It isn't like me,
To think of you so,
It isn't like me,
To wish you were back,
It isn't like me,
To hold your pictures in my sack,
It isn't like me,
To call out your name,
It isn't like me,
To say it's still the same,
It isn't like me,
To write of you here,
It isn't like me,
To feel, oh, this very mere.

You

What would you do if I said
"I love you"?
Would you glare at me
With those vulture eyes,
Look at me like
I'd lost my mind,
Laugh at my nonsense,
Cause who could like you?
Suspect I was joking,
Because wouldn't that not be true?
Would you throw it away,
My heart and soul,
Just because you think
I'd just asked a troll?
I know what you're like,
You awfully complete fool,
I know what you'd think,
You'd think I'm throwing bull.
But that's just my problem,
I can't get to you.
I can't figure out how to
Introduce you--
To you.

Freedom

I’ve seen me,
Sitting on the rock,
Counting the butterflies
As they twirl in the wind.

They were once sad,
Lonely critters,
Inching along,
Further and more,
But one day they turned
Beautiful and escaped,
Where they should be.

I’ve seen me,
Whistling to myself,
To pass the hours,
Day by day.

Those sounds were once
Blows,
Only air, noise free,
Yet once upon a time,
It set off,
And made a wonderful blast.

I’ve seen me,
Crying to the sky,
Asking for permission
To wander by the rill.

The rivulet once started small,
Then grew and grew,
Until it created a shine,
And became the talk.

I’ve seen me,
Walking along the water,
Seeing my reflection frown
Right back at me.

It was only a crawl once,
Then a stance,
Then a motion.
And even though it was
Hard at first,
There wasn’t a “give up,”
In sight.

I’ve seen me,
Skipping rocks,
Waiting for She
To take me.

She will take me,
Take me to a place
I don’t want to be.

Only a choice is what
I don’t have,
For I have nothing
To save me,
Nothing to carry me away
Except my imagination.

But one day,
One day I will let it go,
And I will escape
To freedom,
The place where
We all should be.

No one will give up,
With freedom or not,
But when one departs,
They will support us
And show the world
How to make it through
The hard times,
And what freedom
Really means.

Umm?

Her wings outstreched,
In the pale blue sky,
They fluttered and twiddled
Beside her.
She glided over
The silver ocean side,
And swam through the fog
As her night ride flied.

Sinking

Down it went,
The ship went quick,
Before we knew it they died,
Our eyes filled with tears,
And devastated smears,
Of make-up that ran down
Our face.

It's a Bright World

I can just imagine
The world set so bright,
That even the sun
Has to hide from it's light,
The stars and the moon
Coming out in the day,
The children all shielding
Their eyes from the ray,
Our eggs on the patio,
Frying to crisp,
Ashes of wood
Building up in the mist,
Bulbs in the trash
That the neighbors all strayed,
Piling them up
So they form a parade.

Hold On

There is more in life than you,
More money than in your wallet,
More land than your backyard,
More flowers than in your garden,
More food than in your fridge,
More years than you have spent,
More blue than in your eyes,
More smile than you have shown,
More gold than in your hair,
More diomands than you give me,
More ways to hold on,
More lessons to be learned,
And more moments to get through.
It's time like these when I try and
Recover, get through, past and beyond,
But it's hard when I'm kept by riches
And not just by you.

Club Penguin

***The Following Post has Apsolutely Nothing to do With Poems***
"I'm a cucumber!"

Why, I'll say... If you play Club Penguin, you can find me if you click the American Flag and go into the server "Frost Bite"...

Still wondering who I am? I'm the one who shouts that quote above. If you get on at the time I do, I can practically guarantee you will find me there.

Flock

Her name is,
His name is,
Their name is the flock.
Together forever,
Forever together.

In the Future...

In the future,
This it is:
A mystery will occur,
The mystery will overcome
And slap the planet Earth.
What happens after that,
You say?
Oh, no.
I cannot tell.

This Was On a Fortune Cookie

I didn't write this, but it suits me well:
Don't ask,
Don't say,
Everything lies in silence.
P.S. What is the fortune cookie trying to tell me?

No One

No one really knows it,
How we came to be.
No one understands it,
Except for you and me.
No one else can take it,
Not the heart I have.
No one else can tear it,
The way you really have.
No one else can hear it,
For it is amongst us two.
And please I must just say it,
The words 'you, you, you.'
